These Terms govern your use of Hiiba, a circular reuse platform operating in the United Arab Emirates.
By accessing the website or app, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Hiiba helps community members rehome items, discover listings nearby, exchange messages, and earn Eco Rewards (ERW) for sustainable actions.
You must be at least 18 years old, located in the UAE, and provide accurate registration details.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account and any activity that happens through it.
ERW is a platform incentive system. It has no cash value, is not transferable, and may be adjusted in cases of abuse, fraud, or policy violations.
Users are solely responsible for the legality, condition, and accuracy of listed items.
Hiiba does not own listed items or participate in handovers between users.
Your use of the platform is also subject to the Hiiba Privacy Policy.
By using Hiiba, you consent to the collection and processing of data as described there.
Hiiba is provided on an "as is" basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hiiba is not liable for disputes, losses, damages, or offline interactions between users.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai.
Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Dubai courts unless otherwise required by applicable law.
